The problem with tight clothing is that it restricts your motion, and can sometimes put unnecessary pressure on your spine. First it forces your muscles to tense up in ways that they aren’t used to, and then it restricts the flow of blood and fluids that would otherwise be helping your back nourish and repair itself. Your back is therefore more prone to knots, strains, and other damage.
